バリの伝統的なハンドクラフトの技術にモダンな要素が取り入れられた、洗練されたデザインが特徴のライフスタイルブランド。 オーストリア人とフランス人の両親の下で異文化に触れながら育ったブランド創設者のVerena Berlisg (ヴェレナ・バーリスグ)は、バッグブランド「UNIQUE ALLURE」のデザイナーとして活躍していたが、2014年インドネシアへの移住をきっかけに、現地の高度な伝統技術に惚れ込んだ。

ブランド名は故郷ウィーンにある“WIENER WERKSTAETTE”という現地のクリエーターコミュニティに由来し、バリ現地の職人たちと一緒にコーヒーを飲みながらコミュニティを広げ、ブランドを誕生させた。

A lifestyle brand featuring sophisticated design that incorporates modern elements into Balinese traditional handcraft techniques.

The founder, Verena Berlisg, who grew up with Austrian and French parents and were exposed to diverse cultures, is a designer for the bag brand “UNIQUE ALLURE”, but moved to Indonesia in 2014.  As a result, she fell in love with the high level of traditional techniques in Bali.

The name of the brand comes from "WIENER WERKSTAETTE", a local creative community in her hometown Vienna, and the brand was born after she expanded the community with the local artisans over coffee.
